The X Factor Philippines premieres on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at ABS-CBN. The X Factor host is KC Concepcion, daughter of Sharon Cuneta, and mentor judges are Pilita Corrales, Martin Nievera, Charice, and Gary Valenciano. This was announced by ABS-CBN on Twitter and in Philippines local entertainment sites.
Some of the X Factor contenders are: Jelliane Rose Dinorog, 19, John Montera, 40, Jobert Jumao-As, 17, and Ashley Campbell, 20.
X Factors airs right after “Maalaala Mo Kaya” (MMK).
