10-Million Reward for Janet Napoles’ Arrest

MANILA, Philippines – A P10 Million Reward for Janet Lim-Napoles’ arrest has been, reportedly, disclosed by President Noynoy Aquino during the 8th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy.

Janet Lim-Napoles is wanted for serious illegal detention, and alleged 10 billion pork barrel scam, a fund given to government officials for development programs, supposedly, but were allegedly siphoned to Janet Napoles’ accounts and lavish lifestyle.

A rally called the Million People March was conducted last Monday, August 26, 2013, and students, religious organizations and the tax-paying Pinoys were there to support the movement.

A furious taxpayer, Xiao Santiago, composed a song for Janet Napoles and the YouTube video went viral earning more than 20,000 hits.

Celebrities also supported the Million People March from their online accounts or by attending the activity. It was the first major rally that occurred during PNoy’s term.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) and President Aquino hope that the 10 Million Reward would facilitate Janet Napoles’ arrest.
