A photographer, Patrick Zachmann, was able to capture from a distance a short video footage of terrorists shooting in Paris, France. The video was captured outside of a certain building. TIMES featured his video on its website.
Patrick Zachmann worked for Magnum Photos. He recounted: “I knew something was strange. I immediately thought of a terrorist attack.”
The footage showed policemen trying to control the situation from the outside of the venue. Apparently, they could not pinpoint where the shots came from and the reason for it. Not knowing who your enemy was may have been unnerving for the policemen.
