The City of Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, is one of the 28 finalists in New 7 Wonders Cities of the world. There were more than 200 entries but only 28 finalists were chosen for the final phase of voting. The voting period started last October 21, 2013 and would end on December 7, 2014.
The Panel of Experts is composed of renowned personalities, such as, Bernard Weber, Professor Federico Mayor Professor Winy Mass, Kennedy Odebe, Zaha Hadid, Simon Anholt, and Professor Amitabh Kundu.
