According to PAGASA, as of 4 am, today, the eye of Typhoon Maysak or Chedeng has been observed east of Surigao City.
Hopefully, Typhoon Chedeng will change its course and spare the Philippines and not enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
The Philippines cannot afford another devastating typhoon after Yolanda. The wounds of Yolanda haven’t healed yet due to too much politicking and the government’s lack of coordination and planning.
