Sochi Winter Olympics Updates: To date, Norway leads the Medal Count with 8 golds, 4 silvers and 7 bronzes with a total of 19 medals. Germany comes 2nd, with the same number of golds as Norway but with only 3 silvers and 4 bronzes with a total of 15. USA is in 3rd place with 7 golds, 4 silvers and 10 bronzes for a total of 21 medals.

Meanwhile, the Philippines’ entry, Michael Christian Martinez has captured the 19th place in the Men Free skating program, making history by being the first Southeast Asian and the youngest to qualify for the Sochi Winter Olympics.
