Four men dressed as Smurfs were apprehended due to a complaint lodged by a man they have allegedly confronted, in Melbourne, Australia, January 9, 2013.
The “Smurfs” had confronted the man outside of the convenience store at Pascoe Vale, reportedly, asking him to light a cigarette for one of the group, Australian news disclosed.
Smurfs are small, blue creatures who live in an invisible world of peace and harmony, with only one villain in sight, the wizard Gargamel, and his cat Azrael.
It is sad when people make use children’s good cartoon characters to portray bad behavior.
The “Smurfs” group members are arrested by police and are expected to be charged officially on summons with assault.
