The Philippines’ International Balloon Festival 2014 will be held in Brgy. Prado Siongco, Lubao Pampanga on April 10 to 13. According to its Facebook official page, the Balloon Flights would start at 5 am. (Manila Time)
For those who would like to participate, the Entrance Fee is P200 per person, and the parking fee for cars is P50, while for buses, it is P100.
