MANILA, Philippines – The Top 10 examinees or Board Topnotchers for the Pharmacist Board Exams held last January 2014, was released by The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) this Thursday, January 16, 2014.
Reportedly, out 1,759 examinees, 937 passed; a national passing percentage of 53.27%. The Top 10 Pharmacy Board Examinees are the following:

PRC would announce the oath taking ceremonies’ date and venue later. For registration of professional IDs, successful examinees should submit personally the following:
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
- 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short plastic envelope with name and profession
They should also pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2014-2017.
