International Photojournalism Grants: Alexia Foundation Offers Undergraduate and Graduate Students’ Grants Worldwide

The Alexia Foundation is offering photojournalism grants to undergraduate and graduate worldwide.

The graduate winner will receive worth $15,000 USD to produce pictures that can promote “cultural understanding” in a community.

For the undergraduate, a grant of $19,000 for tuition fees is among others.

Applicant should be presently enrolled as a full time student in an accredited university. Applicant should not have completed more than 3 internships or one year of full time professional experience.

For 2013, the submission started November 15, 2012, and the deadline is Friday, Jan. 18, 2013 at 5 p.m. ET for graduate grant, and Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at 5 p.m. ET for the undergraduate grant.
