Pope Francis shared the stage with a persistent little boy, who clung to his robes, wandered onto the stage and sat on his chair while the Pope was addressing a crowd of families on October 13, 2013.

The Pope talked about how families should remember three significant words:

“If families can say these three things, they will be fine. ”Sorry,” “excuse me,” “thank you.”

Cardinals tried to let the boy go back to where he was seated but the cute little boy refused. Pope Francis reacted by smiling and laying his hands on the boy’s head.

He went on with his speech, calmly and happily. These simple acts are what truly determine if a man is a genuine man of God.
