Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods’ ex-wife has bought a $12.2 mansion in Palm Beach Florida near Wood’s $50 million bachelor’s pad. This was publicized by international entertainment sites, March 19, 2011. The couple had finalized their divorce in August 23, 2010; they have two kids, Sam and Charlie.
Woods unsuccessful tournaments with no wins this 2010 and 2011 did nothing to stop him from buying the $50 million mansion, and allegedly having a new girlfriend, Rachel. Woods is the highest paid professional athlete in the world for 2010.
It can be recalled that Woods experienced a series of bad moments after his minor car accident and the revelation of his string of affairs.
Cancellation of major contracts with big advertising companies like Gillette and Accenture had also followed.
After a battle in court, Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods had finally divorced. They will share custody of their children and had agreed to live near each other for their children’s sake.
