MANILA, Philippines – Classes are still suspended on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, while PAGASA issued a warning as of August 8, 2012, 12:41 a.m. (GMT+8) that there will be moderate to heavy rains in Bataan, Zambales, Pampanga, Bulacan, and the surrounding areas in the next 3 hours.

As of 12:26 AM WEDNESDAY AUGUST 8, 2012, the following areas have declared suspension of class for August 8. This note will be updated as more information is received.

NCR:
