Angeles City, Philippines – An Angeles University Foundation student, Diomari Ivan L. Tayag, has won 4 Gold Medals and 1 Bronze in Rotorua, New Zealand during the Australian Handgun Championship last February 22 to March 4, 2013.
The 19 year-old, 3rd year Medical Technology student was also previously awarded the Most Outstanding Tomasian and Most Outstanding Kapampangan in 2012.
Mr. Tayag won in the following categories:
Production Junior Champion – 2 Gold Medals
Production Team Champion – 2 Gold Medals
Overall Standing (3rd Place) – 1 Bronze Medal
Diomari Ivan would be defending his title next year against international competitors from various countries.
