Previous judges L.A.Reid and Britney Spears had decided not to go back for X Factor USA’s 3rd Season. Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell would remain as judges for the reality singing competition.
Meanwhile, Katy Perry has also been rumored to be one of the judges. If it is true, then it would be a panel composed of young blood, except for Simon Cowell. Management could not change Simon Cowell, unless he voluntarily opts out; he is the Big Boss, and at times, demonstrated that fact.
