MANILA, Philippines – Coach Lea Salonga has chosen Reynan Dal-anay and Esang De Torres among 4 other contestants during the Sing-offs last Sunday, August 9, 2015 to advance to the Live Shows.
Reynan sang “Amazing Grace” and his powerful voice reverberated solemnly in the venue as the audience listen in awed silence. The end of the performance was punctuated by a rousing applause from the audience and his fellow native Manobos.
On the other hand, Esang, who won the “Minnie-Me” TV contest by imitating her idol, seasoned performer, Lea Salonga, sang a fast song “Isang Mundo”. Her performance proved that she can sing any type of song and her voice and stage presence will still be outstanding.
