His incredible performance was genuine, and he seemed like he was really the person singing. Fans who have watched the video commented that Cruise should have been a rock star.
The video went viral with 5,514,280 hits in just 3 days.
Afterwards, Tom Cruise and Jimmy Fallon did a lip sync duet with the song “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling.” They serenaded one of the women in the audience to the delight of fans.
It can be remembered that “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling” was considered the theme song of one of Cruise’s blockbuster movies, “Top Gun”. This film catapulted him to stardom.
