DJ Khaled finally admitted that his public proposal to Nicki Minaj has all been a publicity stunt. Nicki revealed that DJ was like a brother to her, as well, telling everyone to let the matter go to rest.
“I was joking. We be so busy making these big hits, I wanted to come with a dope plan to present the next smash record.”
Nicki Minaj, in turn, disclosed:
“Khaled is my brother and Khaled was not serious with that damn proposal, y’all. Please let it go. He was kidding…He’s not attracted to me, he doesn’t like me. We’re brother and sister. He’s a big cuddly bear.”
