During the recent Panagbenga Festival 2013 last February, the Matagoan Tabuk City contingent wowed the multitudes of crowd watching at the Grand Stand in Burnham Park, in spite of the sound system that bogged down, which made the presentation less impressive.

Tabuk City won 4th Place out of 13 contenders, while 1st Place was Benguet, 2nd Place was Mt. Province, and 3rd Place was Apayao.

Tabuk City is the capital of Kalinga and is a melting pot for the 2nd most northern part of the Mountain Provinces. Tabuk is populated by different tribes, Ilocanos, Tagalogs, Visayans, and a smattering of foreigners.

Below is the YouTube video and pictures of the Tabuk contingent performing during the Panagbenga 2013 Festival, uploaded by Igorotna, Engr. Paul Masillem.
