KZ Tandingan, the X Factor Philippines’ Winner, will be one of the three guests on “Showbiz Inside Report” (SIR) this Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. “Showbiz Inside Report” is a popular talk show by the leading TV network of the country, ABS-CBN.
KZ is Kristine Zenny Tandingan, 21, a BS Biology graduate from Digos City. When she auditioned with the song, “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” and “Ready or Not,” the judges were impressed.
Since then, KZ’s trendy rendition of the other songs assigned to her demonstrated her originality and uniqueness as a performer on the X Factor Philippines’ contest.
The mentor-judges, Charice, Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, and Pilita Corrales were impressed by the petite, unassuming, woman who owned the stage during her performance. KZ’s ability to render any song as her own has made her breeze through the X Factor Philippines’ competition.
Charice mentored KZ as one of her girls, with Allen Sta. Maria and Jerriane Templo.
KZ Tandingan competed with Gabriel Maturan and Daddy’s Home during the X Factor Philippines’ Finale and came out the winner. Daddy’s Home was 3rd placer, and Gabriel Maturan was 2nd placer.
KZ Tandingan was also a guest on Kris TV where she revealed that some of her winnings would go to their church. KZ and her family are active Christians.
The other two guests on“Showbiz Inside Report” are the late Marilou Diaz Abaya, renowned director, and actress Erich Gonzales of “Suddenly It’s Magic”.
