MANILA, Philippines – American Idol runner-up, Jessica Sanchez, visited and conquered University of Santo Tomas (UST,) Manila, on February 12, 2013, with her fans having nothing but praise and admiration for their idol.
UST is one of the oldest universities and premier school in the Philippines. UST students and fans trooped to Twitter to express their thoughts about Jessica’s visit:
“Jessica Sanchez has the talent and the personality as well. You can’t help but love her more.”
“Jessica, you’re even prettier in person.”
“You’re amazing, Jessica. You’re my date on Valentine’s Day.”
There were a few fans who proclaimed they were ready to marry her anytime. Many were smitten by her charm, poise, personality and awesome voice.

All of them are thrilled to watch their idol’s solo concert at the SMART Araneta Coliseum on Valentine’s Day, February 14. Jessica also performed at the Sky Dome of SM North EDSA at 6 pm for her SMART Jump In promotion, to the delight of her fans. Jessica Sanchez has an upcoming album and soon her fans would enjoy some of her original songs, as well.
Meanwhile, American Idol 2012 7th place, Colton Dixon, arrived today, to perform as guest on Jessica Sanchez’s Solo Concert on February 14, 2013. Colton has been topping music charts with his new songs, and being a Christian rocker, sets him apart from the rest of the American Idol 2012 finalists.
The performance of Jessica Sanchez and Colton Dixon would certainly be a blast for their millions of fans in the Philippines and abroad. Although, both would be away from their sweethearts, they would surely enjoy their Valentine’s Day Concert with their fans.
