On the Top 5 American Idol 2012 results show; however, Joshua Ledet and Phillip Phillips led the pack for the Top 4 safe contestants. Jessica came in third.

Jessica sang “You Are So Beautiful” and “Proud Mary” last May 2, the latter earning a “barely okay” comment from American Idol judge Randy Jackson.
“You Are So Beautiful” got praises from all three judges though.
