Filipina Wins Best Actress at the 26th Tokyo International Film Festival

MANILA, PhilippinesActress Eugene Domingo has won the Best Actress at the 26th Tokyo International Film Festival for her film “Barber’s Tales.” (Kuwentong Barbero)

The 42 year-old actress first made it as a comedian, and then went on to become one of the most talented actresses in the local cinema. She won several Best Actress and Best Supporting Actresses Awards from prestigious award-giving organizations such as: 6th Asian Film Awards, where she won the People’s Choice Award for Best Actress; 28th PMPC Star Awards for Movies, 25th Aliw Awards, and many more.
