American Idol Season 7 Winner, David Cook, is set to perform live in Manila at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on July 14, 2012.
Reportedly, David Cook would sing his hit song ‘Always Be My Baby’, a remake of Mariah Carey’s hit single. Runner-up David Archuleta had previously performed too in the Philippines. The Top 10 finalists of American Idol season 10 had performed, as well, with Thia Megia, who is of Filipino descent.
Jessica Sanchez, American Idol runner-up for season 11 and the Top 10 finalists are also scheduled in Manila as the last leg of their live tour for the season. Afterwards, Jessica will perform solo in key cities in the Philippines.
David Cook has wowed the audience with his melodious voice that he is considered as one of the most successful American Idol winners since the show started.
