Ben Affleck has been consistently acknowledging his wife, Jennifer Garner, in all his victory speeches during the different awarding ceremonies. This heartfelt action made people perceive that his wife and kids were truly the driving force behind his success.

Ben did it with so much emotion, that he choked on his words when he said publicly to his wife:

“It is work but it’s the best kind of work and there is nobody else I would rather do that kind of work with.”

Ben Affleck was last seen on the Oscar stage 15 years ago, when he was 25 years old, and he was with Matt Damon for winning Best Screenplay for “Good Will Hunting.”

Ben said also during his acceptance speech for the Oscars’ Best Picture, “Argo”:

“I was here 15 years ago or something and I had no idea what I was doing. I really was just a kid…I never thought I would be back. It doesn’t matter how you get knocked down in life because that’s gonna happen. All that matters is that you gotta get up. Violet, Sam and Sera, I love you.”

Even during his Golden Globe, BAFTA and SAGA award, he thanked his wife profusely, and dedicated his award to his children, as well.

Ben Affleck, 40, and Jennifer Garner, 40, were married on June 29, 2005 and have been together for 8 years now. They have 3 children; Violet Anne, Seraphina Rose Elizabeth, and Samuel.

Now, Ben Affleck’s a hot item as even his act of shaving his beard earned several articles online. He shaved his beard reportedly, to celebrate his victory for “Argo” and “to mark the end of a chapter.”

Ben Affleck is now at the peak of his career, and the whole world is watching his next move after the success of “Argo” and his superb win in the Oscars 2013. Congratulations, Ben, and good luck on a new chapter in your life.
