MANILA, Philippines – Class suspensions are declared in key cities in Metro Manila in celebration of the Feast of the Black Nazarene or Traslacion 2019. In lieu of this event, classes in all levels, both public and private will be suspended on January 9, 2019, Wednesday.
CLASS SUSPENSION in ALL LEVELS (both public and private schools), January 9, 2019 in the following cities:
• Quezon City
• Manila
City Mayors, Herbert Bautista and Joseph Estrada, have announced the class suspensions officially.
Likewise, work in Government offices are suspended as well.
Classes and work in government offices will resume on January 10, Thursday.
