MANILA, Philippines – Classes in selected schools are suspended on Monday, July 27, 2015 due to President Benigno Aquino III’s SONA (State of the Nation Address).
Traffic also will be rerouted for the SONA, so watch out for announcements for opened routes for commuters.
DepEd (Department of Education) PH announced that classes are suspended in the following schools:

5. Culiat Elementary School
6. Dona Juana Elementary School
7. Fairview Elementary School

10. Lupang Pangako Elementary School
11. Manuel L. Quezon Elementary School
12. Melencio Castelo Elementary School
13. New Era Elementary School
14. North Fairview Elementary School
15. Old Balara Elementary School
16. Payatas B. Elementary School
17. Payatas C Elementary School
18. Payatas B Annex Elementary School

All classes in all levels suspended in Quezon City on July 27, 2015
Mayor Herbert Bautista reportedly suspended classes in all levels, including evening classes, in both private and public schools in Quezon City on July 27, 2015. This is to avoid traffic congestion during the SONA of President Aquino III.
