First, Jungkook’s Golden Album songs are all my favorites because they are all superb and catchy. Every track is golden, one cannot omit any of them when playing the album.
However, the first one that caught my attention: Choreography, vocals, lyrics, setting, and music video is “Standing Next to You”. It is incredibly so ethereal and breathtaking that I could not stop myself from watching it, again and again.
Jungkook, the Golden Maknae of BTS, has charmed ARMY again and many muggles for his superb performance.

Golden has now broken the record of the first-day sales of a soloist on Hanteo with more than 2M sales. This is a phenomenal record for an artist.
All the songs in Jungkook’s album occupied the top 10 in many iTunes Music Charts around the world.

Jungkook’s Golden Album also occupies No. 1 on Apple Music’s K-Pop genre, No. 3 on Pop genre, and No. 5 on all genres.
These feats certify him as the new pop king of this decade. Many music critics are already recognizing this fact.
Jungkook showed the world that no one can confine BTS only to K-pop; that they are global pop superstars.
Hopefully, the music industry would welcome him and the BTS members warmly, not only as K-pop stars but as global pop stars and categorize them as such in award shows. (Take note, Billboard.)

Jungkook is now slowly accomplishing his dream of becoming the world’s ultimate pop star. An artist who can switch smoothly from K-pop to pop.
