Filipino Boxing Superstar, Manny Pacquiao, made it to the Forbes’ list of “The World’s Most Powerful Celebrities 2013” at No. 78. He outranked boxing rival, Floyd Mayweather Jr., who is at No. 88.
Pacquiao outranked popular Hollywood star, Sandra Bullock, who was at No. 90, and famous author, J.K. Rowling, who is at No. 82.
According to Forbes, the list of “The World’s Most Powerful Celebrities 2013” was based on fame, marketability, internet presence, press rank and money earned.
Manny Pacquiao, the present congressman of Sarangani Province in the Philippines, had been knocked out cold by Mexican boxer, Juan Manuel Marquez, during the 6th round of their 5th encounter.
