The 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards’ 2013 winner for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series is Heather Tom on “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Tom was also the Emmy winner in 1993 and 1999 for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series in “The Young and the Restless” and the Emmy winner in 2011 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in “One Life to Lead.”

The Emmy Awards was held last Sunday, June 16, 2013 in Beverly Hills. Heather Tom has won the award twice in a row.
