The Top 8 American Idol Performance Show, this March 20, 2013 is on, and one of the contestants would be voted off again, tomorrow, March 21. The Top 8 who would proceed to the next week’s show would be disclosed.  Last week, the Top 3 contestants were revealed, namely: Candice Glover, Kree Harrison, and Angie Miller .

Incidentally, the 3 girls were also the Top 3 ranking AI contestants in an independent unofficial global poll, which is being conducted by this site. You can check the results HERE.

Curtis Finch Jr. and Devin Velez were in the Bottom 2 last week and Curtis Finch Jr. was eliminated after the judges, Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson and Keith Urban did not arrive at a unanimous decision to save him from being eliminated.

Also, previous season’s runner-up, Jessica Sanchez, would debut his single “Tonight on the American Idol stage with Ne-Yo. Jessica’s fans could pre-order the album and enjoy her original and unique music.

Who would be the Top 4 Safe American Idol contestants?

The Bottom 3 American Idol contestants were:

1. Amber Holcomb

2. Devin Velez

3. Paul Jolley

Amber and Devin were saved. Paul Jolley sang for a save but was eliminated anyhow.

The wildcard contestant would also be chosen between Charlie Askew and Aubrey Cleland, and Aubrey Cleland won a spot on the American Idol 2013 tour.
