The purpose of this event is to devise plans and goals for the coming months. We meet together as a united group to resolve past problems and institute measures to make systems work better.
With this in mind, we should aim to put our differences aside, and cooperate in the spirit of professionalism and love, to come up with plans that would benefit not only ourselves, but the whole organization, as well.
May we realize that it is only by ensuring the success of the organization that we can ensure our own success. We are all integral and important parts of this organization/company and without one part performing its function, nothing would succeed.
