The Oscar 2013 Winners awarding is on-going, and at the onset of the opening of the ceremony, host, Seth MacFarlane had already a joke about the academy and Ben Affleck.
MacFarlane stated, poker-faced about Ben Affleck and “Argo”:
“The film is so top secret that the director was unknown to the Academy.”
The Oscars also honored 50 years of James Bond with Shirley Bassey singing “Goldfinger.” She is 76 years old now, and sang the song 49 years ago, too. She earned a standing ovation. Jennifer Hudson also sang “And I’m Telling You I’m not Going,” to the delight of the audience.

At last Ben Affleck earned the award he deserved, and announced by the First Lady herself, Michelle Obama. Anyway, he won the Best Director award from the BAFTA, SAG, and Golden Globe.
