Vote for Sarah Geronimo as the Favorite Asian Act in the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards (NKCA) 2013

Filipino singer-actress, Sarah Geronimo, was recently nominated for the Favorite Asian Act in the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2013. Other nominees include Korean pop star, Psy, who gained unprecedented popularity via his horse-song and dance video, “Gangnam Style.”

NKCA tagged Sarah Geronimo as the Philippines’ “Popstar Princess.” She was the youngest singer, at 17, to hold a concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. She has also been named the Box Office Queen in 2008 for the success of her movies in the Philippines’ Box Office.

The other nominees for the Favorite Asian Act are: rising star Shila Amzah of Malaysia, and singer-actor Han Geng of China.

Some of the awards are for Favorite Female Singer, where Katy Perry, Adele, Pink and Taylor Swift are nominated. For Favorite Male Singer, Justin Bieber, Usher, Bruno Mars and Blake Shelton are nominated.

For Favorite Reality Show, the nominees are “American Idol,” “America’s Got Talent,” “The Voice,” and “Wipeout.”

For Favorite Song, the nominees are One Direction’sWhat Makes You Beautiful,” Carly Rae Jepson’s “Call Me Maybe,” Psy’s “Gangnam Style,” and Taylor Swift’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.”
