Reactions of majority of  fans all over the world is one of incredulity as Filipino boxing superstar  Manny Pacquiao lost to Mexican Manuel Marquez in their 4th fight this December 8,2012.

Pacman was presumed leading on points when he was caught by Marquez‘s right hand to land cold on the canvas floor during the last 10 seconds of the 6th round. The Pacquiao vs Marquez rivalry has finally ended, or has it?

That was an extremely lucky punch by Marquez and an unlucky punch for Pacquiao. The Pacman has been finally downed by the Dinamita.

Still, Manny Pacquiao is the better fighter with regards to personality, goodness and sportsmanship. Pacquiao’s new life as a public servant is an evidence of how good he is as a man, and that is enough reason to say that he is still the better fighter, and the better man.

Meanwhile, #FilipinoPride tops Twitter trends as Tweetertweeps flocked to Twitter to express their support of their idol Manny Pacquiao.

Jinkee was in tears, almost hysterical, when she saw her husband go down in a heap. Reportedly, she wanted to go to him, but Arum held her back and comforted her.

Eventually, Manny recovered and even went to Marquez to congratulate him. Most were in shock. Who wouldn’t be? It was the first time, in years, that Pacman hit the canvas.
