Prayer for the Handicapped

Posted on September 5, 2023

Prayers

We pray for the handicapped, oh Lord.

Let them become role models of your perseverance and tolerance.

May they have the courage and resilience to cope with their disabilities to show the world that Your power encompasses all.

Lay Your Healing hands upon them so that their disabilities will be cured.

If this is not possible, bless them with the strength to endure their daily encumbrances.

Allow them to find their significant niche in society and contribute something worthwhile to the world.

Shower their families with wisdom so that they can manage and help them cope with their daily challenges.

May they find good ways to manage whatever issues Your Children have.

Bless all handicapped people in the world.

Let them go through their daily lives with hope and joy, knowing that they are Your Chosen Ones.

You anointed them to show the world that no physical infirmities can deter one from doing good deeds.

And be good citizens who can contribute greatly to the development of a better society.

Let all segments of society render service to help children with physical deformities get better.

May we see You in each of these special children and lead them towards Your Path.

We are grateful that You are giving us the chance to mold them according to Your will.

Please help us nurture the handicapped in such a way that they would reflect Your Grace and Love.

We seek Your Infinite Generosity and Boundless Love in cultivating a society where all people are given fair opportunities.

Let this prayer be for all people with disabilities around the world.

In Your Name, Holy Father, we pray for all the handicapped persons in the world.

May You Bless them infinitely,

Amen.
