Jack Nicholson turns 75 on April 22. The award winning actor, director, producer and writer is now an institution in showbiz. He has won the Academy Award for Best Actor for “As Good as It Gets” and for “One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest.
On his 75th Birthday, Nicholson has achieved more than what others have expected in the entertainment industry. He had won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for “Terms of Endearment,” and has 12 nominations, making him the most nominated male actor for the Academy Award.
Nicholson’s role as “The Joker” made him the most popular “Batman” nemesis. He played also Jack Torrance in “The Shining.”
In 1999, he was presented the Golden Globe’s Cecil B. DeMille Award Lifetime Achievement Award.
