If you are an ARMY, you would know how the legendary septet saved your life. Each ARMY has a story to tell. Each ARMY will tell you that BTS came into their lives at the time that they needed them most.

Indeed, to some people, they view the fandom as ‘fanatical followers” who only love the boys because they are cute, or because they dance and sing so well,

BUT…

That is not the primary reason why ARMYs are so loyal to BTS. Numerous K-pop groups have come and gone. They have danced and sang perfectly as well. However, they didn’t acquire a huge and loyal fanbase like the ARMY.

WHY?

The reason is deeper than being a screaming teen-girl fan. ARMYs are diverse in age, race, gender, and religion. Yet, they come together as one for BTS. I am going 65, myself and I love the messages that these 7 boys are sending out to the world.

Of course, they’re stunningly good-looking, they are outstanding performers, but those are all icings on the cake.

What separates them from all the other groups, whether in South Korea or internationally is their profound and inspiring messages.

Through these encouraging messages, they have saved millions of lives around the globe.

People who were depressed, and ready to give up were encouraged to hold on and live their lives to the fullest.

2. “Loving myself might be harder
Than loving someone else
Let’s admit it
The standards I made are more strict for myself
The thick tree rings in your life
It’s part of you, it’s you
Now let’s forgive ourselves
Our lives are long, trust yourself when in a maze
When winter passes, spring always comes”
