For BTS, the year 2018 was a humongous success worldwide. The Bangtan Boys soared to the skies and conquered the entire planet and beyond.

Their accomplishments for 2018 have 11 major record breakers as the first Korean artist in history to achieve that feat. Read BTS’ achievements here.

The Critics’ Picks are the input of music experts who know their craft; hence, the songs are screened more stringently by the discerning eyes of skilled professionals.

BTS’ “Fake Love” is ranked at #22, which is a remarkable feat as they are up against famous artists in the US.

BTS outranked some of the songs of US famous artists, such as Shawn Mendes (#24 for “Lost in Japan”), and Camila Cabello (#23 for “Never be the Same”).

Fellow Korean artists, IU is at #87 for “BBIBBI”, and Red Velvet is at #43 for “Bad Boy”. The Top 1 to 3 are:

#1. Cardi B, J Balvin & Bad Bunny for “I Like It”
#2. Travis Scott for “Sicko Mode”
#3. Ella Mai, for “Boo’d Up”

Most probably, the next goal for BTS in 2019 can be any or all of the following:

• Collaborate with Ed Sheeran and other notable artists
• Win a major music award at the Billboards
• Win a major music award at the AMAs
• Win a major music award at the GRAMMYs
• Come up with a new album series
• World Tour
• Make a full-length movie

To BTS and ARMYs, Good luck! May all of your dreams be fulfilled.
