MANILA, Philippines – PAGASA has updated its weather advisory for September 11; 5 pm to 5 am, September 12, 2018.
Metro Manila, Tarlac, Pampanga, Zambales, Nueva Ecija and Bataan are some of the affected areas.
According to PAGASA:
“Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PSRD forecast areas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds coming from southwest to west will prevail over Zambales and Bataan and light to moderate winds will prevail over the rest of the areas and the coastal waters will be moderate to strong over western section of Central Luzon.”
