American Bloomberg TV has discussed the ALDUB phenomenon during its Brandstanding segment. Bloomberg TV host, Rishaad Salamat, interviewed Ehden Llave Pelaez, a knowledgeable person about social media, on why ALDUB was such a huge hit, especially on social media.
The ALDUB hashtags have trended daily on Twitter gaining millions of tweets.
During ALDUB’s Tamang Panahon Charity Concert, the ALDUB hashtag, #ALDubEBTamangPanahon has broken the world record of 35.6 million tweets for an event. Tamang Panahon had 41 million tweets! The tweets came from all around the world.
The viewership rating of Eat Bulaga (the noontime show where the KalySerye of ALDUB existed) had also increased enormously.
They also discussed how ALDUB endorsements of products have significantly increased the percentage sales of these products.
