Korean Superstar, Lee Min Ho, Receives Achievement and Popularity Awards; To Start Filming “Bounty Hunters”

Korean Superstar, Lee Min Ho, has received the “Anniversary Hallyu Achievement Award” together with Lee Byung Hoon and Lee Young Ae. Min Ho also won “The Mango TV Popularity Award” together with The One and Chu Ja Hyun.

The Hallyu star is also set to start filming and International action film “Bounty Hunters”. The movie will be filming in South Korea and other parts of Asia, and is scheduled to be released in theaters in 2016.

Lee Min Ho has become popular in Asia because of his TV series “Boys Over Flowers”, in 2009, where he played the lead role as Gu Jun-pyo, “City Hunter” and “The Heirs, among others. He also starred in the blockbuster movie, “Gangnam Blues” .

These TV series and film won for Lee Min Ho various acting awards such as, Most Popular Actor (Film), Most Popular Hallyu Star/IQiyi Star Award, Most Popular Korean TV Artiste, Best Actor, Top Excellence Award, Actor in a Drama Special, Most Popular International Actor, Best Asian Actor, and many more awards from prestigious entertainment groups.

He has captured fans from all over Asia because of his humility, charm, sincerity and immense talent.

It’s predicted that “Bounty Hunters” will once more break box-office records and will elevate Lee Min Ho into a versatile movie star.
