Actor Alden Richards, the other half of the phenomenal AlDub love team, has performed before a jam-packed crowd in Marquee Mall, Angeles City, Pampanga last Saturday, August 29, 2015.
Traffic going to the mall was at a standstill as everyone was headed to the mall to get a glimpse of the “Pambansang Bae” or “Pambansang Dimples”.
Maine Mendoza, the other half of the couple, popularly known as Yaya Dub, on Eat Bulaga’s Kalye Serye was not with her Bae. One could just imagine what could happen if Yaya Dub and Alden Richards appeared together in public.
The huge crowd, never before seen in the mall tours of entertainers, cheered and applauded Alden effusively and continuously that he can barely be heard amidst the din of adoring fans.
Another milestone of the AlDub love team has been reached also with the hash tag #MaiDenHeaven on Twitter reaching more than 3 million tweets and has trended in the Philippines and worldwide.
The hashtag made history; it was the highest number of tweets in the Philippines. Actor and TV Host Joey de Leon stated that the hash tag was one of the best hashtags he had ever encountered.
Indeed, the AlDub fever is still spreading infectiously and it’s turning into a humongous conflagration.
