MANILA, Philippines – A twin typhoon was sighted over the Pacific by satellites but Typhoon Goni (Ineng) is the only typhoon that landed in the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
PAGASA has issued the tropical cyclone warning on Friday, August 21, 2015.
Typhoon Goni (Ineng) has 170 kph maximum sustained winds and has slowed down, but is still affecting the entire archipelago with rains and strong winds. On Tuesday evening Typhoon Goni is expected to be outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
