MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced the Top 10 Performing Schools with more than 50 examinees in the May 2014 Nurse Board Exams.
Schools in the Visayas have ranked 1 with 100% passing percentage. These are: West Visayas State University-La Paz, Cebu Normal University (Cebu State College), and Silliman University.
Majority of the Ten Top Performing Schools, 7 schools, are located outside Metro Manila, while five (5) are from the capital region.
Out of 29,188 examinees, 11,225 passed the Licensure exams held last May 2014 in Manila, Baguio, Tuguegarao, Cebu and other cities nationwide. For a complete list of the nursing 2014 Board passers, click here at the PRC website.
A UST graduate, Ma Margaret Benosa Sanchez was ranked 1 out of the 29,188 successful examinees, with 86% rating. From Angeles City, Angela Loren Garcia Panlilio and Roxenette Gil Bernales Pangilinan of Angeles University Foundation were ranked Top 9 and Top 10, respectively, with 84% and 83.80% ratings.
