Malaya Watson was eliminated a few weeks ago, Sam Woolf was also voted off but the American Idol judges used their save to retain him in the competition. Now, Dexter Roberts is also eliminated. That means Caleb Johnson proceeds on his journey to win the reality singing contest.

The previous weeks, Caleb seemed to be earning the much needed vote that would allow him to win the contest.
Jena Irene has also a unique voice that can make her a dark horse in the remaining weeks of the contest. The remaining Top 6 American Idol contenders are:

• Jena Irene Asciutto
• Caleb Johnson
• Jessica Meuse
