MANILA, Philippines – Actress Eugene Domingo has won the Best Actress at the 26th Tokyo International Film Festival for her film “Barber’s Tales.” (Kuwentong Barbero)
The 42 year-old actress first made it as a comedian, and then went on to become one of the most talented actresses in the local cinema. She won several Best Actress and Best Supporting Actresses Awards from prestigious award-giving organizations such as: 6th Asian Film Awards, where she won the People’s Choice Award for Best Actress; 28th PMPC Star Awards for Movies, 25th Aliw Awards, and many more.
Eugene Domingo’s movies include “Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank”, “Kimmy Dora”, and “Status: It’s Complicated”.
