The songs to be featured in “The Quarterback” Tribute Episode of Glee for Finn Hudson (the late Cory Monteith) on Thursday are all sentimental songs and would surely bring tears to Glee fans.
Here’s the list of the songs:
- “If I Die Young” – by Naya Rivera
- “Make You Feel My Love” – by Lea Michele
- “Seasons of Love” – by Naya Rivera, Amber Riley, Chris Colfer, Harry Shum Jr., Mark Salling, and Glee‘s current cast.
- “I’ll Stand by You” – by Amber Riley and Glee‘s current cast
- “Fire and Rain” – by Kevin McHale, Chord Overstreet, and Glee’s current cast
- “No Surrender” – by Mark Salling
Lea Michele has, reportedly, been able to come out of her misery, slowly; from the death of her reel and real boyfriend, Cory Monteith.
Cory Monteith, 31, has died of alcohol and drug intoxication in Vancouver, Canada last July 13, 2013.
Cory Monteith became popular when he joined Glee in 2009 as The Quarterback, and the love interest of Rachel Berry (Lea Michele). He did two films in 2013: “McCanick” and “All the Wrong Reasons.”
Glee’s cast and the world mourn his loss up to this day. Rest in peace, Cory Monteith a.k.a. Finn Hudson.
“Fire and Rain” is awesome but Lea Michele’s song “Make You Feel My Love” is a heart-rending performance for her departed loved one, Cory Monteith. Watch the video below.
